About the event
The WRHA Ethics Council invite you and your colleagues to attend a half-day workshop focusing on ethics and boundaries at the Jeffrey A. Coleman Auditorium at the Grace Hospital.
A multi-disciplinary panel will utilize a case study to provide participants the opportunity to explore how to navigate complex situations and make ethical decisions to maintain healthy relationships with patients, clients and colleagues.
Whether working in acute, long-term care or community home care settings, this half-day event can help guide participants to better understand ethical principles, recognize the risks of both over- and under-involvement in care and, develop strategies for handling ethical dilemmas for the establishment of a more ethical and professional workplace environment.
